Congratulations once more to Henrik and Remus for yet another 1st prize in openclass gametracking. No HP this time either due to abcens of game in the track. This time they however got Excellent trackingpace!

Bruno has become father to his 3rd litter - congratulations little daddy!

The only wildduck that attended the Swedish winnershow this year was Aramis and he got 1st prize in huntingclass with CK but then he wasn't placed in best male.

Tasse's litter no 6 and Vad's litter no 8 were born about two weeks ago.

In the US they've had the Back Yard Classic with show and fieldtrials. Vad and Jamie passed the SH (AKC Senior Hunter) once more and Vad's offsprings were just great:

Vildandens "trackingmachines" Remus and Henrik did also get a 1st prize in open class gametracking - Congratulations!

Aramis was at a show yesterday and got a 1st prize in huntingclass, CK and were placed Reserv best male.
Krusmynta was also at the show - but I have not gotten her result yet. But I do know that her 10 month old son got BOS with CAC on Saturday!

Imke and Cayuga has won the Eliteclass obedience in Germany but unfortunately no 1st prize. I know that the second 1st  prize soon will come!!!

Aramis was the sole wildduck at the International kennelclubshow on Sunday. No males got CK! Aramis did however get a 1st prize in huntingclass with nice critique.

In US Vad's offspring are doing just great at the huntingtest - Kathy writes this:
Paul Kartes had a great weekend running "Torque" HR Vermilion's Twist'n Torque CD SH WCX  in his first Master series and all went very well for them - no handling on the marks, a perfect boy on the honor and great blinds! Keep up the good work! Also "Riga" AKC/Can/ NSDTR CH Vermilion's Rah Rah Ramona JH WC  got her second Senior pass!

There has been a Tollingtest with three wildducks attended.
CONGRATULATIONS to Aramis and Arne for a well performed test and they got a 1st prize in noviceclass with lots of nice words from the judge.
At the same test Maria and Bruno started and they got a 2nd prize in noviceclass - one too long exposure at the last tolling and one marking where Bruno was so tast gave that prize.
Also Håkan and Viking started but once more Viking was too hot and didn't want to toll. He just wants to retrieve the birds! What about 3,5 minutes to fetch 5 ducks from the field!!!
Congratulations also to daddy Snoddas (litter no 10) who got a 3rd prize in open class, and the Nellydaughter Migo for the 2nd prize in openclass.

Once more a happy report from Silaz and Jessica - they got the last moving up pin in jumpclass I and are now moved up to class II. This time also a 2nd place - 43 dogs started! CONGRATULATIONS!

Xon and Eva started noviceclass workingtest and got 65 p. They were plced 4th (19 dogs started) and was best toller. CONGRATULATIONS!

Yesterday litter no 4 celebrated their 9th birthday!

Litter no 10 are now ready for competitions - on Wednesday Atlas will do a retrievetest and Nixa will do her debute in obedienceclass I on Thursday! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!

Pixel and I started fieldtrial again and once more she was tooooo hot. So now I know what to train more on - gunshots and not letting her fetch! She gets so excited of the gunner.
An once more Pixel's brother Mirakel got a 3rd prize!

Congratulations to Silaz and Jessica for a moving up pin in jumpclass I - and for the 2nd place with 68 started. They did beat several Border collies on time!

This weekend Pixel and I started noviceclass fieldtrial but Pixel was tooooo hot - she went in the water before I told her to, she didn't deliver in hand as usual. But she had fun and she did a really nice search in the field - as good as the labradors but this time we didn't receive any prize.
The only toller to get a prize was Pixel's brother Mirakel and Catta - they got a 3rd prize.

I'm thinking extra about Jazza today - if whe would have been alive she would have gotten 18 years old today!

The litter between Betty-Viking is not successful - the ultrasonography shows not living puppies. New ultrasonography will be performed after easter.

Congratulations to the Snoddax-litter on the 1st birthday! I got a nice call from Carina and  Atlas today and Atlas is now entered in a retrievetest in May. I'm sure it will go very well!

I have totally forgotten to congratulate Remus and Johanna & Henrik (and Jing also of course)! They were placed again in the Norwegian Retrievercup - impressing!

Pixel has been to a show and got a 2nd prize even this time, but the critique has been better. She still needs time though.... but the judge just loved her temperament!

Imke and Cayuga competed eliteclass obedience and got a 0 at the box and totally nice 233 p. Next time the 1st prize will come - I'm certain of that!

My thoughts often go these days to Laurie, Ray and all the rest at Skylark's who miraculously survived when their house burned down. Only the garage is left, but the family, dogs and cats all came out in time. Now they stay in a hotel for a while and the dogs are placed at friends - what did you do without true friends I often wonder?!

Silaz and Jessica has been out to unofficial agilitycompetitions and "finally the slalom worked". They were placed 2nd in the jumpclass with the time 27,33 sec and 4th in agility with the time 30,09 sec. The idealtime were 39 sec in both races. We'll keep our fingers crossed this coming weekend when the competition is official.

Updated the Breedstatistics and have also made a page with official huntingstatistics (only in swedish though).

New pictures from a puppymeeting last summer with Atlas, Tintin and Ebba. Atlas has also got some new, taken in the snow!

Unfortunately Uno in litter no 5 is no longer with us. He died 02/05/2010 died after complications encountered after surgery for acute perineal hernia

Now is also Aramis upcoming mating out to read about. It will be extra exciting to see the outcome of because the female is Pixel's mother!
