01/26/2008 Kida has become swedish - she has gotten her swedish registrationnumber.
Thanks also for all kind words about Ludo and Rosso. That's is apprechiated.

01/24/2008 Sad news this time. One accident seldom happens on its own, I'm afraid.
Ludo got an injury in his back (probably due to his HD) and when they went to the vet they said "That dog's fantastic mentality will do that he will keep on going as long as he can, despite the fact that he has pain". He was put to sleep the 18th of January.
Rosso got bitten by a Bullterrier in December. At the vet they also took som bloodsamples and Xray. The Xray was ok but the bloodsample showed high livervalues. Then they did an ultrasonography and biopsi of the liver and it showed an inflammation (hepatitis). He got some medication and dietfood and got better. At Christmas his livervalues were 80 % better but after new year he gotten worse again. New bloodsamples showed that the liver was completely washed out. The vets said it could be something inherited and/or cronic. It could have been laying latent and bursted out when he got bitten. It could also have been something poisonous. Unfortunately we never get the right answer to thoose questions. The 14th of January Rosso was put to sleep.
Our warmest thoughts goes to Astrid & famliy and Leif & family.

01/16/2008 News regarding the next litter - nr 10. It's because of those plans that I haven't updated for a while.
I have the pleasure of taking another litter out of Axa, who were a really great mum for the last litter. Since she has almost 8 months between her seasons we have decided to mate her now, perhaps in February. Otto caught my eyes during 2006 and I met him last summer at two occacions so I'm happy to be able to use him as stud for this litter.
My former plans of breeding Terra has therefor been delayed because I haven't found the right male for her. I have several young males in my mind, but now they can develope further more!
Yesterday litter no 5 celebrated their 5th birthday and of course I thought of Lysa a bit extra....
Thanks for all the new pictures of Zokie, Rosso, Kida and Bruno.
Kricka has been on a successful duck- and deerhunt. Kricka held down the deer to be sure it stayed down, but the gunner had done a great work so the deer was already dead. New picture of Kricka from the hunt at her page.

01/09/2008 Welcome to 2008!
The year starts nice again with Ray winning BOS at the first show in Minnesota! Congratulations Laurie
More news later this week....
